Return policy

[Exported Goods Returns]
Please be advised that returns and refunds are not accepted, with the exception of instances involving incorrect or missing items caused by our direct oversight.

Specifically, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as used goods being in poorer condition than depicted in photographs, or the presence of defects not shown in images.
Please ensure you carefully review all product details and images before making a purchase, especially for used items, as there may be variations in condition expectations between the seller and the customer.
Please understand that factors such as weather and transportation conditions can, in some instances, lead to the development of mold or stains on clothing items by the time of arrival.

In cases of seller error resulting in incorrect or missing items, we will actively work with the seller to resolve the issue by arranging for the correct items to be sent.
Nevertheless, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds.
[Export Cargo Return Policy]
This return policy applies to goods exported to customers and subsequently returned.
Please note that customers are responsible for all costs associated with the return, including return shipping fees, customs duties, and any other related charges.

Shipping Carrier Policies:

FedEx:
Returned goods will not be re-shipped. Instead, they will be disposed of locally.
In such cases, the initial payment (First payment + Last payment + Additional Payment ) will not be refunded.

Customers are liable for all costs related to local disposal, any applicable customs duties, and any other associated fees.
If FedEx bills us for these expenses, your account will be suspended, and you will be unable to use our services until the outstanding balance is paid in full to us.

Japan Post:
If goods are returned via Japan Post, we will reship them to you only if the following charges are paid within three (3) business days of the date we invoice you for those charges.

Total Amount Due = A + B
A = Return Shipping Fee + Customs Duties + Reshipping Fee + Handling Fee (JPY 500)
B = (0.045 * A) + JPY 50

All costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to pay the required fees may result in the suspension of services.
