Shipment policy
1. Please be advised that our export contracts are based on Free On Board (FOB) terms. As such, our liability ends once your shipment has been transferred to our designated export carrier.
2. Should you encounter any issues with delivery, including loss or damage, we kindly request that you contact the shipping company directly to initiate a compensation claim.
3. Please note that all customs duties, clearance fees, and any other associated costs incurred in the destination country are to be borne by the recipient.
4. We do not currently participate in the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system.
5. If you receive any missing or incorrect items, please notify us within three (3) days of the confirmed delivery date, as indicated by the shipping carrier's tracking data. We regret that we are unable to address any claims made after this three-day period.
